To request a refund when you check out as a guest:
- Submit your request for a return/warranty using the following form:

(You would require the order number and email address used for the order.) - Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
- Upon approval, an Audio Factory RMA number and return shipping information will be sent to your email.
- Provide the sales team with tracking information of the returned item (return shipping costs will be evaluated by the sales team. If the product is under warranty, The Audio Factory will pay for return shipping costs).
- Your return item will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
To request refunds after checking out when logged in to your account:
- Log into The Audio Factory user account.
- Navigate to my orders.
- Click Return item to initiate the return (available only for eligible items).
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
- Upon approval, an Audio Factory RMA number and return shipping information will be sent to your email.
