You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already shipped. Contact support@theaudiofactory.com to submit a request to cancel your order.
If your order cannot be canceled, you will receive an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also lookup your order status in the ORDERS section of the My Account page.
